- Cosas buenas: Adelaida de ISGlobal me ha dicho que cambios en el plan de comunicación son esperables y aceptados por EDCTP. Les parece normal.

- Aún mejor: Me ha dicho Carla que nunca les hemos mandado el plan de comunicación. Que solo se marcó una casilla como que estaba hecho. Ergo. podemos hacerle cambios. Ahora tenemos que decidir con ecuanimidad qué tiene sentido y qué no tiene sentido para el proyecto. Yo voy a ser maximalista, pero es vuestro trabajo decidir dónde se recorta.

- Putting upfront all the progress made with our products (pzq and fdc). Show them briefly how we made the progres to create the evidence and make the regulatory agencies register. What is the need after we as researchers. There is still a gap between what we made and the program and recomendations.
|
|
- WHO has included pzq in the prequalification list. It looks like we are stuck, but there is progress.
|
|
- What are these implementation studies that take time and new investment thats the gap being tried to fill. Neither us or Maurice need to engage in how these drugs will be accessed. We're just setting the game for them to discuss.
|
|
- Stella agrees. Its more showing the path that it takes for new products to be able to be sent out to the masses than the process where is now.
|
|
- Demonstrating that doing the pivotal trial and submit to regulatory agencies doesn't mean inclusion in programs.
|

- I got in touch with EDCTP authorities to highlight that PZQ and moxi and fdc are all edctp invesments. They are very happy about it.
|

- Maurice: what i gather is present the clinical findings and highlight what the next steps are. Im not in the access program. I just know generalically. They're trying to get aproval in Kenya. I cannot give many specifics but yes about the pivotal trials. The panel can take it from there.

- Stella: Those iinvolved in the access will be in the audience. Look at the path from inception to regulatory and next steps.

- Has the pzq been adopted in WHO recomendations. It was adopted in March of 2024. That is a big step. You're leading this. FDC is not there yet. Highlighjting that all the activities to include it in recomendaitons has already been acomplisehd. Its not done by us but by Merck. EMA for scientific opinion and the regulatory component that follows trough. Now that paves the way to countries to review and accept. Before that idenfified the platforms to distirbute.
