			- Nicole: Project coordinator with Bridges. She submitted the application of the STOP2030. She started in UTCNTDs. UK thingis about malaria and NTDs
			- Alan: Remind ourselves, what is on the timeline. Deliverables. 3 and 6 months. Financing and procurement white paper: mapping some options about how the approaches to financial future of the FDC. White paper, thought piece. Second thing: we're working on a draft of the stewardship plan. Number of the pieces already done. Put those pieces togegher wiht comm from. How would the stewardship of the fdc will.
			- Julie: pull up the meeting cadence. Kind of messages. at some point we can cover.
			- We can start there. We're advancing with the project and we need to update our messages.
			- Lets have more regular meetings. Help the comms team to mature the comms of the project.
			- JJ: Discuss more than one use. We're so deep in the weeds of this. In starting conversations with people. Lets do more
			- JJ: ASTMH: we want to start a conversation and dont. havae a piece with all the data. multiple potential uses, efficacy, we can give that to people.
			- A little bit about the project, what is doing, learn more about the key parts.
			- JJ: This is been going on for a lot of time and a lot of money. This is not simple, it sounds.
			- JJ: In the comms world for this project, our audience is very different because we're not talking to end users. The coms are with the scientific and technical partners, and the financing parties. In the next couple of months there's a bunch of financing about into the broader field of NTDs. How do you finance what was usually donated. ASTMH the session has the fdc pzq and moxi. how do we bring these. All have been asked for. CORNTD: financing of ntd products brainstorming group in brisbane in september. Understanding that this product has been public sector funded with a strong private sector angle to it. the partnership is a subtle but important message.

			- AK: it could be a model about as soon as we can uncover the cards and see who is the person at the other side of the desk. the antagonistic part goes much lower. by the time of the simposium. some things will be real by the astmh
			- JJ: the story of Chemo and Mundo Sano and some of the examples of what things have been done before. they give yoiu street cred. important stories and history for people to understand. That turned the table completely. its trying to provide a service.
			- This is a credible group with a purpose behind it.
			- AK: in nairobi, alan we were discussing the viewpoint showcasing the pediatric praziquantel, benznidazol, fdc, moxidectin. in context.
			- AB: a good step and the trick is actually getting to speak to the right people. there was a public commitment. what does that mean?
			- That story combining neglected diseases and filling the gaps in partnership with the government and community. The people who told the story were Silvia and Ricardo Lobo.
			- JJ: No banners. Not part of the culture.
			- AK: Even a QR to link to the brochure and the website.
			- AK: The initial speakers will be off stage after. panel discussion. USAID, Gates, EndFund.
			- JJ: Can we have that panel. It's available to anyone to registers for the meeting.
